Inevitably, because of our finite, human perspectives, some of our infinite Lord’s words will unsettle us and maybe sound strange, but we submit because of who he’s proven himself to be – “the Holy One of God.”
If we seek the presence of Christ where, when, and how we’ve not sought him before, he’ll appear as we’ve never seen him – and that will lead us to more awe, more of his majesty.
Contentment to simply know facts about Jesus will not unlock the glorious light of God – we must get face to face with Jesus.
